Ruben Blanco

Ruben Blanco has a diverse and extensive work experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and procurement. Ruben is currently working as the VP of Strategic Sourcing at Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Global Strategic Sourcing at Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions from April 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions, Ruben worked as a Sr. Contract Manufacturing Partner Manager at NetApp from May 2020 to April 2021. Ruben also served as a Sr. Global Supply Chain Development Manager at Jabil from March 2018 to May 2020.

Ruben has also gained valuable experience as the Managing Director of Integrity Global Sourcing, LLC, a global sourcing and supply chain consultancy specializing in plastics, soft goods, and packaging in Asia, US, and Mexico, from November 2017 to April 2018.

Prior to that, Ruben held various roles at Otterbox from 2010 to 2017, including Director of Global Strategic Sourcing, Global Strategic Sourcing Manager, and Global Procurement Manager. Ruben was responsible for developing strategies for commodity management, supplier performance, global procurement, sourcing, material program management, and cost engineering.

Ruben began their career at Flex in 2005 and held positions such as Strategic Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Development Manager, Staff Quotations Manager, and Senior Quotations Manager. Ruben was involved in new business proposals, project management, and leading cross-functional teams.

Before joining Flex, Ruben worked at Celestica as a Customer Account/Program Manager from 1998 to 2005, and at Merix Interconnect as a Production Scheduler/Planner from 1995 to 1998.

Overall, Ruben Blanco has a strong background in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and procurement, with experience in various leadership roles across different companies in the manufacturing industry.
