Joel Migneault has had a diverse career in software engineering, human factors, and product design. With experience at various companies such as CAE Healthcare and Bombardier Aerospace, Joel has held roles such as Technical Product Owner, User Experience Designer, and Flightdeck - Human Factors Engineer. Joel's educational background includes a M.A.Sc. in Human Factors and a B.Eng. in Software Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
