Jake Fitter

Jake Fitter has over 8 years of experience working as a user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) designer in various companies and roles. Jake is currently working at CAE as the Lead User Experience Designer, where they focus on designing airline crew operations optimization software. Jake's responsibilities include collaborating with engineering and product teams, conducting user research, facilitating UX workshops, and creating user flows and wireframes. Before joining CAE, they worked as a Senior User Experience Designer in a self-employed capacity. Prior to that, they were a Senior UX Designer at Digital Arts Network, where they focused on enhancing the shopper experience for Countdown Experience. Jake also has experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer at RUSH, a Lead UX/UI Designer at JUCY Group, a UX/UI Designer at Suncorp New Zealand, a Freelance Senior Digital Designer at Touchcast NZ, a Freelance Digital Designer at Saatchi & Saatchi, a Senior Digital Art Director at ICG, and a Lead Digital Art Director at TBWA Worldwide. In these positions, they worked on various web and mobile design projects, conducted user testing and research, created prototypes, and designed user-centric interfaces.

Jake Fitter obtained their MA in Graphic Design and Art Direction from the Royal College of Art between 1992 and 1994.
