Liesa Cummings

Liesa Cummings has a strong background in digital customer experience and user experience design. Liesa currently holds the position of Head of (Digital) Customer Experience at CAE, starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Design & Innovation Director at Fjord - Accenture Interactive from 2019 to 2020. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Digital Customer Experiences/UX Lead at Forsman & Bodenfors. Before that, Liesa held the position of User Experience & Product Operations Director at Mirum Agency from 2010 to 2017. Liesa also worked as the Director of Experience Design at MacLaren MRM from 2006 to 2010. Liesa's earlier experiences include roles such as Project Manager & Business Analyst at ii3, Freelance/Contract Professional with various responsibilities, e-Business Supervisor at Softchoice, and Project Manager & Information Architect at Karo Inc.

Liesa Cummings earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree at Ryerson University from 1994 to 1998.
