Shilpa Dadhwal

Shilpa Dadhwal has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Shilpa started their career at Tata Steel as an Assistant Manager - Information Systems, where they were involved in data analysis, SAP implementation, and ISO 9000 Quality System implementation. Shilpa then moved on to Bharti Airtel as a Project Leader - Quality & Training, where they managed the development and implementation of quality management systems and conducted customer satisfaction surveys.

After that, Shilpa worked at Quark as a Sr. QA Manager, leading a quality team and ensuring the desired quality of the flagship product for multiple releases. Shilpa also designed test coverage strategies and managed defect management processes. Later, they joined Winshuttle as the Head - Quality Engineering, where they reported to the Managing Director and led a team of 30 resources. Shilpa'sresponsibilities included strategizing and executing the entire QE process for multiple projects.

Shilpa's work experience also includes being the Founder & Director of SQE Labs Inc., where they provided services in software testing, software process consultancy, and software testing training. Shilpa currently holds the role of Chief Quality Officer at Caelius Consulting, where they are involved in handling multiple projects, working on proposals, tracking projects, risk management, ensuring adherence to quality, and driving improvement initiatives.

Shilpa Dadhwal completed an Executive Programme in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronics from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur from 1991-1995. Shilpa also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
