Genia Fick

Genia Fick has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Genia is currently serving as the Vice President of Quality at IEHP since February 2020. Prior to this role, they held various positions at IEHP including Senior Director of Quality Systems, Senior Director of Healthcare Informatics, Director of Healthcare Analytics, and Healthcare Analytics and Reporting Manager.

Before joining IEHP, Genia worked at DTS Group as an Audit Support Associate and Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditor.

Genia Fick completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at The University of Texas at Arlington from 1993 to 1998. Genia then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Health/Medical Psychology from Northern Arizona University, which they completed from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their education, Genia has obtained a certification in HEDIS Compliance Audit from NCQA, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is not mentioned.
