Jennifer Oliphant

Jennifer Oliphant has over 18 years of work experience. Jennifer began their career in 2001 at HMSHost as a Retail Master Data Assistant, HRMS Specialist, and Accounting Specialist. In 2010, they joined Sodexo as a Corporate Human Resources Support Specialist, where they processed and approved payroll for all 1,200 Sodexo Employees, researched and corrected/updated PTO for all employees, and assisted with employee recognition events, benefit fairs, and open enrollment. In 2017, they joined Caelum Research Corporation as an HR Administrator/Generalist, Office Administrator, and Administrative Assistant, where they were responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding, benefit enrollments, and processing employee personal action forms.

Jennifer Oliphant has completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Prior to that, they attended Montgomery College.
