Angel Mandradzhiev

Angel Mandradzhiev serves as the Director of Workforce Planning at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., since August 2021, following a role as Senior Manager of Workforce Optimization at Alegeus from November 2018 to August 2021. With extensive experience in workforce management, Angel has developed financial performance models, established KPIs, and led teams to optimize labor across multiple organizations. Previous positions include Manager, Workforce Planning & Analysis at Pinnacle Entertainment and various roles in labor analysis and scheduling, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance operational efficiency and improve guest experiences while achieving significant cost savings. Angel holds a Master of Science in International Ecological Agriculture from the University of Kassel and a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism from Agraren Universitet.
