Aldo Chavarrí is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management across various multinational organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Senior Officer / Director at the World Bank Group since October 2014, Aldo leads the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies for diverse regions including Latin America, Africa, and Europe.
