Pär Friis

Pär Friis has extensive work experience in project management and construction. Pär started their career as a Trainee and Construction Manager at Peab Sverige AB in 1995 and worked there until 1999. From 1999 to 2002, they served as a Construction Manager at PNB Entreprenad AB. Pär then worked as the CEO at CN Bygg AB from 2002 to 2003. Pär then joined Ramböll Projektledning AB as a Project Manager from 2003 to 2006, where they managed various projects including the Clinical Research Center in Malmö and the Språk- och litteraturcentrum in Lund.

In 2006, Pär became a Project Manager at TK Development AB, overseeing the Entré Malmö project, a large-scale shopping and leisure center spanning 85,000 square meters. Pär worked there until 2012. Pär then joined NCC Property Development as a Project Manager, responsible for retail and office developments. Notable projects under their management include Multihuset Limhamns Läge and eXlent Hyllie, both located in Malmö.

After leaving NCC Property Development, Pär held the position of Project Manager at CA Fastigheter AB from 2017 to 2018, and then at Akelius Residential from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are working as the Huvudprojektledare Kronprinsen at Heimstaden, starting from November 2021.

Pär Friis obtained a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. Pär pursued their education in this field from 1989 to 1994.
