Marcy Abraham is an experienced culinary professional, currently serving as the Owner of A&M's of Cape Ann LLC since January 2021. In addition, Marcy has held multiple roles at Cafe Services Inc. since April 2012, including Chef Manager, Assistant Chef, and Floating Chef Manager/Sous Chef. Responsibilities have included daily soup preparation, hot entree creation, and familiarity with various cuisines such as American, Latin, Indian, and some Asian. Marcy has experience in deli prep, salad bar setup, catering for diverse events, grill cooking, cashier duties, cash handling, invoicing, inventory management, and staff oversight. Marcy prioritizes safety and health regulations while fostering positive relationships and providing excellent customer service in a corporate dining environment. Prior to these roles, Marcy worked in the kitchen at Corporate Chefs from August 2012 to January 2013.
