Jeff Buchanan

Jeff Buchanan is an experienced facilities management professional with a strong background in operational efficiency and project management. Currently serving as the Regional Facilities Manager at Cafe Zupas since April 2024, Jeff oversees maintenance and ensures compliance with health and safety standards across multiple locations. Previously, Jeff held the position of Director of Facilities Operations at Canyon Park Tech Center and Building Operations Manager at Clearlink, where responsibilities included leading a multi-state expansion and establishing core processes for building operations. Jeff's earlier experience includes serving as Facilities Project Manager and Team Supervisor at IHG, where notable projects included the installation of a generator system and expanding office space in Mexico. Jeff earned a degree from the University of Utah between 1989 and 1998.
