Lynda Cassidy

Lynda Cassidy, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Sr Manager of Employee Experience at Woodward since March 2023, while also holding the position of Senior People Support Partner at Cafe Zupas since April 2021. Previously, Lynda spent over 15 years at Hot Topic, starting as District Manager overseeing stores in Colorado and later expanding responsibilities to cover multiple states, including a successful launch in Canada. Earlier experience includes serving as District Manager at Wilsons Leather, where Lynda focused on revitalizing sales and employee morale following significant organizational changes. Lynda holds a Certificate in HR Management from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kent State University, and has further education from Robert Morris University.
