Marie King has diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marie began their career as an Administrative Coordinator at Attorney John F. Morreale & Assoc. in 2007. Afterward, they served as a Client Services Intern at Spawn Ideas in 2011 and as a Grading Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Marie then worked as a Marketing & Publicity Coordinator at Anthem Press from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they also freelanced as a Designer and Marketing Consultant. From 2014 to 2019, Marie joined Kargo, starting as a Client Development Coordinator and gradually progressing to become a Product Marketing Manager. Their most recent position has been at Raptive, where they started in 2019 as a Sr. Manager of Publisher Insights before being promoted to Director in 2021.

Marie King received a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011. In 2009, they also obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Web Design and Multimedia from the International Academy of Design and Technology. Additionally, in July 2017, they obtained the IAB Digital Data Solutions Certification from IAB Learning.
