Heimer M. has extensive work experience in web development and design. Heimer currently serves as a Wordpress Senior Developer and Technical Lead at Cafeto Software, where they interpret client specifications, creates project timelines, and brings website builds to fruition. Prior to this role, they worked as a Front-End Developer at WebCreek. Before joining WebCreek, they served as a WebMaster, Developer, and Technical Lead at Universidad Autónoma de Occidente for nearly 8 years. Heimer also worked as a Graphic and Web Designer at Paginas Claro Colombia, offering their services as a freelancer in Graphic Design, and as a Graphic, Web, and Multimedia Designer at TSO Mobile Colombia. Heimer started their career as a Graphic Designer at Casa Creativa GFC.

Heimer M. has a diverse education history, with various degrees and certifications in different fields. Heimer first attended the Academia de dibujo Profesional from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Diseñador Grafico, specializing in Publicidad. In 2009, Heimer enrolled at SENA and completed a degree in Tecnologo en Producción de Multimedia, focusing on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design, which lasted until 2012. Later, in 2019, Heimer started pursuing a degree in Ingeniería Informatica with a focus on Tecnología de la información at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR), which is set to be completed by 2024. In addition, Heimer has obtained various certifications, including a Curso de Introducción a Inteligencia Artificial, a Curso de Habilidades Blandas para el Desarrollo Profesional, a Curso Profesional de Scrum, and a Curso de Historias de Usuario en Scrum, all received in 2023 from Platzi. They have also completed a Cómo y Por Qué Aprender Data Science e Inteligencia Artificial certification in 2022 from Platzi, as well as certifications in WordPress, B2_Upper Intermediate English, and Fundamentos de la programación: Estructuras de datos from LinkedIn in previous years. They have further pursued additional certifications in different areas, such as Docker, Adobe XD, and Chrome DevTools, among others.
