Eric Farrugia

Eric Farrugia has a diverse work experience in the coffee industry. Eric is currently the Director of Operations at Caffe Vita, where they lead operational strategies and manages the coffee program's supply chain. Previously, they worked at Verve Coffee Roasters as the Head of Coffee Operations, Operations Manager, Roasting Manager, and Production Roaster. Eric also worked as a Yosemite Climber Steward at the National Park Service and as a Green Coffee Roaster at Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting Co.

Eric Farrugia obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminology from Florida State University in 2014. Eric then pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2023 to 2025. In terms of certifications, Eric obtained a Data Analyst certification in SQL from DataCamp in July 2023, a Google Data Analytics Specialization certification from Coursera in May 2023, a HACCP certification from SCS Global Services in April 2022, and a Wilderness EMT certification from SOLO (Stonehearth Open Learning Opportunities) in October 2019. Eric also obtained an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in October 2019.
