Emanuele Armaforte

Emanuele Armaforte is currently a Senior Food Technologist (Dairy) at CAFRE, where Emanuele develops and manages knowledge, innovation, and technology programs for the Dairy Processing Sector in Northern Ireland. Emanuele has experience teaching food-related modules at DAERA and working as a Food Technology Technician at DARD. Emanuele has a background in food science and technology, with a PhD from Università di Bologna. Emanuele is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science at Ulster University.
