Sara Boueri

Sara Boueri currently serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at CAFU since December 2023. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Future Pipe Industries for a brief period in early 2023 and was the Senior Director of Human Resources at Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority from October 2019 to January 2023. Sara has also led human resources functions at Otis Elevator Co. and Al Nasr Contracting. As an MBTI Level I and II Certified Practitioner, Sara specializes in team dynamics and coaching. Sara's earlier experience includes roles as Organizational Development Manager at ABAMI Consultancy & Training and Employee Welfare Counselor at nudie Foods. Educational qualifications encompass a degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the American University of Beirut.
