Shayma Alhebsi

Shayma Alhebsi is an IT Support Engineer at CAFU since June 2023, bringing valuable technical skills and experience to the role. Previously, Shayma served as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute (ADVETI) from August 2022 to May 2023. Shayma holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology with a focus on Networking from the Higher Colleges of Technology, obtained from 2016 to 2020, and completed a Nanodegree in Data Analysis and Visualization with Power BI through Udacity from August to December 2022. Additionally, Shayma is certified in ITIL4.
