Cierra McLaurin

Cierra McLaurin, SHRM-CP, PHR, is a dedicated human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Field Human Resources Generalist for Cafua Management Company, a Dunkin franchisee, since April 2024, Cierra has previously held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Atrium Hospitality, where responsibilities included compliance-focused position description development and oversight of HR functions for two hotel properties.
