Andy Mitchell, PE, QCxP, LEED AP is the Director of Building Commissioning Services, Pacific Region at Commissioning Agents, Inc since October 2003. Previously, Andy served as a Commissioned Officer/Naval Engineer at the U.S. Coast Guard from May 1980 to August 2003, holding various leadership roles. Andy holds a MSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a BSE in Marine Engineering from the US Coast Guard Academy.
