Angela Longo

Angela Longo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Angela'smost recent position was as a Client Manager at CAI, starting in January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Commissioning Qualification and Validation Engineer also at CAI since February 2017. From July 2016 to January 2017, Angela was a Validation Engineer at SGS. Angela was an R&D Engineer at Baxter International Inc. from April 2014 to June 2016. Angela has also held academic positions, including being a PhD Student at Università di Pisa from January 2011 to June 2014, where they conducted research focused on silicon and silicon dioxide microsystems for medical applications. Additionally, they worked as a Visiting Researcher at TU Delft from August 2013 to December 2013, where they contributed to the development of a minimally invasive microsystem for drug delivery. Angela's early experience includes a part-time tutoring and counseling role for students at the University of Pisa from September 2008 to May 2009.

Angela Longo has a strong educational background in the field of biomedical engineering. Angela obtained their Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering with honors (110/110 cum laude) from Università di Pisa from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering with honors (110/110 cum laude) from the same university from 2005 to 2008.

Angela also has a scientific background as they obtained their Maturità Scientifica from Licei Scientifico "G. Ferro" from 2000 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Angela Longo has earned several certifications throughout their career. Angela obtained the certification "Managing Team Conflict" from LinkedIn in January 2022. Angela also completed an "Advanced Module Training" from The Delft Institute of Microsystems and Nanoelectronics in September 2013. Furthermore, they obtained the certification "Abilitazione all'esercizio della professione di Ingegnere dell'Informazione" from Università di Pisa in October 2011, which qualifies their to practice as an Information Engineer professionally.
