Jess Porter

Jess Porter is a highly experienced professional with extensive background in operations, project management, and leadership roles across various industries. Currently working at CAI as an OR Consultant and Director of Operations in the Mountain States region, Jess oversees project budgets, staffing, and business development. Previously, Jess served in key positions such as Principal Consultant, Senior Program Manager, and President of Pine Mountain Investors LC. With a background in the US Navy as a Commanding Officer and Deputy Commander, Jess brings a wealth of experience in operational readiness and excellence. Additionally, Jess holds a Masters degree in National Security & Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
