Lillian Ashworth has a diverse work experience. Lillian started their career in 2016 as a Chemical Engineer at SABIC, where they worked on refining procedures and systems for high-performance plastics production. Lillian also worked with a team on crystalline plastic compounding, making technical changes and improving processes. In 2017, they worked in the chemical operations plant at SABIC, focusing on process hazard perspective and ensuring production and quality standards were met.

In 2018, Lillian gained further experience as a Process Engineer Co-op at Sunstar Engineering Americas, where they focused on improving manufacturing processes and working on various projects related to EHS and equipment updates. Lillian also worked as a Chemical Engineering Intern at Silfex, Inc., where they developed skills in project management and equipment upkeep in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.

Lillian's education background includes being a Student at the University of Cincinnati from 2015 to 2020, where they also served as a Peer Leader for the First Year Experience, helping first-year students transition to college life and succeed academically. Lillian also briefly worked as a Student Ambassador for NextGen Climate.

Currently, Lillian is working as a Client Manager at CAI since June 2022. Lillian previously held the role of Engineering Consultant at the same company from June 2020 to April 2021. In this position, they worked with a startup in the CAR-T Cell cancer therapy manufacturing industry, assisting in documentation generation and equipment management. Lillian also worked with an HPV vaccine manufacturer, updating documentation and drafting P&IDs.

Lillian Ashworth pursued their education in a determined and ambitious manner. From 2015 to 2020, they attended the University of Cincinnati, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. After that, from 2016 to 2020, Lillian continued their academic journey at the same university and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
