Richard Pilkington

Richard Pilkington began their work experience in 1990 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Balfour Beatty Ltd. Richard then worked as a Project Manager and Development Manager at Lend Lease Europe from 1998 to 2002. From 2002 to 2007, they were the Managing Director of Explore Investments at Laing O'Rourke Plc. In 2008, they joined MGPA as the Head of Development - Europe until 2010. Pilkington then worked at Oxford Properties Group from 2010 to 2015, where they held the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director. Currently, they are the Senior MD and Head of European Real Estate at Cain International, starting in November 2015.

Richard Pilkington attended Bacup and Rawtenstall Grammar School from 1980 to 1984. Richard then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Quantity Surveying at Liverpool John Moores University from 1986 to 1990. Richard also completed a program at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors MRICS from 1990 to 1992.
