Ansumana Bai-Marrow

Ansumana joined Cairn Capital in 2019 and is the Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for compliance oversight of the business, and a member of the General Management Committee. He has over 15 years buy-side experience in compliance, during which time he has implemented major EU and UK regulations. Prior to Cairn Capital, Ansumana led the EMEA compliance advisory team supporting the Fixed Income, Credit and Cash businesses at BlackRock. Before that, he was at Northern Trust Asset Management, Grant Thornton, and started his career on the graduate scheme at the Financial Services Authority (now FCA).
