Dima Karzoun

Dima Karzoun began their work experience in 2003 as a Credit Officer at the Housing Finance Company. Dima conducted credit assessments and managed the housing finance application process. Dima also built relationships with various stakeholders. In 2007, Dima joined Cairo Amman Bank as the Head of Customer Service. There, they led a team of customer service representatives, implemented process improvements, and developed strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Dima Karzoun completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Amman Private University, starting in 1996 and graduating in 2000.
