Esam Najdawi has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Esam started their career in 1997 as a Front Desk Clerk at the Commercial Bank of Dubai, where they gained valuable experience in banking and customer service. Esam then joined the Dubai Public Prosecution in 1999, initially as a System Analyst, where they developed and maintained various systems. Esam later became the Deputy Department Manager, responsible for designing incentives, evaluating sales skills, and setting performance goals.

In 2008, Esam joined Monsters IT Consultancy as the Deputy General Manager, where they contributed to the overall management of the company. In 2010, they ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Business Owner of Colors Travel. Esam successfully managed the business until 2012 when they transitioned to Cairo Amman Bank.

At Cairo Amman Bank, Esam held several roles, starting as the Business Excellence Manager before becoming the HR Excellence Manager in 2017. Their significant contributions led to their promotion as Acting Chief Human Resources Officer in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources, showcasing their expertise and leadership in this field.

Throughout their career, Esam Najdawi has demonstrated a strong work ethic, a comprehensive understanding of various industries, and the ability to excel in diverse roles.

Esam Najdawi earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for Technology, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. Esam also obtained a Diploma degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from the Institute of Banking and Studies, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Esam Najdawi obtained an Oracle Certification in August 2000.
