Orayb Alkhatib

Orayb Alkhatib has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Procurement Engineer at AraGen Biotechnology Limited from December 2012 to October 2013. In this position, they were responsible for managing quotations, purchase orders, and handling material requests from the production planning department.

Following this, Orayb worked at Cairo Amman Bank, where they held multiple roles. From November 2013 to June 2015, they served as a Business Processes Officer, focusing on documenting and analyzing business processes, internal policies, and performance management. Later, from June 2015 to July 2017, they worked as a Business Excellence Officer, ensuring the availability and accessibility of management systems and business excellence documents.

In July 2017, Orayb transitioned into the role of a Workforce Planning and Performance Appraisal Specialist at Cairo Amman Bank. Their responsibilities included strategizing talent acquisition, managing job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, participating in the selection process, and maintaining recruitment records. They worked in this role until December 2022.

Currently, at Cairo Amman Bank, Orayb holds the position of Head of Learning and Development. In this role, they lead and implement learning and development strategies that align with the bank's goals. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, designing and delivering programs, managing a learning management system, coaching and mentoring employees, managing the learning and development budget, and providing reports on program effectiveness.

Throughout their work experience, Orayb Alkhatib has demonstrated their expertise in various areas such as procurement, business processes, workforce planning, and learning and development.

Orayb Alkhatib attended Al Jami'at Al-Hashimiyyah from 2007 to 2011, where they studied Industrial Engineering. In addition to their degree, they obtained additional certifications in Communication skills from Cairo Amman Bank in June 2015, and in Strategic planning and balance score card, also from Cairo Amman Bank, in May 2015.
