Matthew Brooks

Matthew Brooks has extensive experience in educational support and language services. Since September 2010, Matthew has worked as a Teaching Assistant at Cairo-Durham Central School District, providing one-on-one aid to students with cognitive disabilities and assisting Special Education teachers in modified curriculum classes. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a Spanish Interpreter for the Vision Los Andes Agricultural Project, facilitating communication between U.S. farmers and Venezuelan communities. Earlier experience includes teaching English to third-year students at Universidad Central de Venezuela, where Matthew also developed a language program for Foreign Language majors. Matthew holds a C.A.S. in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from Liberty University, a Master's degree in Global Studies from Rawlings School of Divinity, a Bachelor's degree in Biology from State University of New York at Plattsburgh, and an Associate of Science degree in Mathematics and Science from Columbia-Greene Community College.
