Rafael Medhat

Rafael Medhat is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management, estimation, and logistics within the construction and industrial sectors. Currently serving as a Team Member and Organizer at Cairo Runners, Rafael focuses on organizing running events and coordinating volunteers. Previous roles include Team Leader Engineer in the Tendering/Estimation Department at Orascom Construction PLC, where Rafael was responsible for reviewing project tender documents, and Senior Technical Office Engineer for the KIMA Aswan Ammonia & Urea Fertilizer Project. Early career experience includes freelance work as a graphic designer and data entry specialist, logistics engineering at Ridgewood for Water Desalination, and various training roles in electricity production and petroleum companies. Rafael holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Power Engineering from Ain Shams University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Higher Technological Institute.
