Jim Golden

Jim Golden, SHRM-SCP, has a wealth of experience in human resources and leadership development. Jim started their career at Mississippi Chemical Corporation, where they held various HR positions and gained valuable experience in corporate and plant-level responsibilities. After their time at MCC, Jim founded Golden Consulting Services, LLC, where they served as President for over a decade, assisting clients in improving profitability and organizational effectiveness. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Cal-Maine Foods, Inc., where they are responsible for managing the HR department and overseeing corporate benefits.

Jim Golden, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Science degree in Public Health with a concentration in Biostatistics from Tulane University School of Medicine, obtained between 1984 and 1985. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Delta State University, completing their studies from 1980 to 1982. Jim also attained an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Holmes Junior College, completed in 1979. In addition to their education, Jim holds certifications as a Senior Certified Professional from SHRM (obtained in September 2015) and as a Senior Certified Birkman Consultant from Birkman International (obtained in 2002).
