Dafna Elkayam

Dafna Elkayam is an experienced software engineering manager currently serving at Cal (Israel Credit Cards) since December 2019, where responsibilities include managing four development and support teams and establishing an RPA operation from scratch. Prior to this role, Dafna held the position of IT Department Manager at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank for nearly 14 years, overseeing multiple systems and projects critical to the bank's operations and integrating innovative business processes into the company's CRM system. Previous experience includes roles as Department Manager at Partner Communications Company LTD, where Dafna focused on product catalog management, and as a Systems Analyst at Bezeq and ACS, developing and analyzing information systems.
