Shai Levin

Shai Levin has extensive work experience in the field of data and analytics. Shai is currently the Head of Digital & Data at Cal (Israel Credit Cards), where they lead the digital and data initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the SVP Data & Analytics at Yael Group. Shai's most notable role was as the Enterprise Applications Lead at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD, where they managed a large software development team, implemented omnichannel strategies, and integrated big data and analytics technologies. Before that, they worked at IBM Global Business Services, where they held various leadership positions, including Global BAO SME and CRM, Call Center & BI practice leader. Shai also has experience as a BI Practice Leader at Consist, a BI Project Manager at Partner communications Israel, and a GIS Project Manager at Complot.

Shai Levin attended The Open University from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Computer Sciences with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
