Zahra Waters

Zahra Waters is an accomplished Chartered Town Planner, currently serving as the Head of Planning at Cala Group Limited since February 2022, having previously held the role of Planning Manager. Prior experience includes over eight years at Lichfields UK, progressing from Planner to Senior Planner, with a focus on the Thames Valley and London offices. In addition to career achievements, Zahra co-chaired G4C Berkshire from July 2015 to December 2019, fostering opportunities for young professionals in the construction industry. Zahra's academic foundation includes a Master’s degree in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of Sheffield, supplemented by practical work experience at East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
