Andrew Kolczynski has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Andrew is currently working as a Freelance Fashion Designer at CALA since August 2021. Previously, they worked at Adam Lippes as an Asset Manager from February 2021 to June 2021, where they managed social media presence, photoshoots, and digital assets. Andrew also worked as an Assistant Designer at Adam Lippes from February 2018 to February 2021, assisting in print design, knitwear design, and sample making.

Before that, Andrew worked at Woolrich Inc. as an Assistant Stylist from October 2017 to March 2018. Andrew also gained experience as a Design Intern at Tuleste from August 2017 to December 2017 and as an Assistant Stylist at BCBG Maxazria from June 2016 to November 2016.

Additionally, Andrew has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and Designer of their own start-up streetwear clothing company, Throneless, from June 2014 to June 2016, where they focused on brand development, apparel design, and building a social media presence.

Prior to their fashion industry roles, Andrew worked as a Scenic Artist at Pomona College from September 2012 to May 2016. Andrew also worked as a Fashion Stylist at D'Milikah in June 2015 and as a Designer at Altier 962 from February 2015 to May 2015.

Furthermore, Andrew gained graphic design experience as a Graphic Design Intern at Connected Commerce from June 2013 to August 2013. Overall, their work experience showcases a diverse range of roles and skills within the fashion and creative industries.

Andrew Kolczynski earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Fine and Studio Arts and Classical Studies from Pomona College between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Georgetown Prep from 2008 to 2012. Currently, they are pursuing Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they started in 2018.
