Ian Collins

Ian Collins has a diverse work experience, spanning over several years. Ian is currently serving as the SVP Virtual Agent Solutions at Calabrio, Inc., where they focus on delivering Virtual Agent Quality Management solutions. Prior to this, Ian was the Founder and CEO of Wysdom.AI, a company that specializes in creating smart Virtual Agents for contact centers. Additionally, they have held various roles in different companies, including being a Partner at Vista Investments, Chairman of the Board at ThinkData Works, a Mentor at Techstars, and the Founder of Clickfree and Mobile Diagnostix Inc. Ian's entrepreneurial journey started with their first startup, Wyrex Communications Inc., where they assisted clients in building wireless networks. Overall, Ian Collins has extensive experience in the technology sector, with a focus on Virtual Agents and wireless communication.

Ian Collins earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from McMaster University, specializing in International Business from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B ENG) degree from Ryerson University between 1986 and 1990. Ian also attended Riyadh International Community School (RICS) from 1977 to 1980 and Agincourt Collegiate from 1981 to 1986. In addition to their degrees, Ian holds a certified MBA from McMaster University and is a member of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers, with the designation of P.Eng.
