Malika Sethi

Malika Sethi has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Malika began their career at Mascot Systems as an IT Resource Manager, where they were responsible for identifying and recruiting IT professionals for software projects. Malika then moved on to Global e-Secure as a Business Analyst, implementing software development processes and assisting in project planning. After that, they joined SACC Inc. as an IT Client Servicing Manager, managing client relationships and project requirements. Malika then transitioned to Auction.com, starting as a Lead Product Manager for the Foreclosure/Third Party Sale business and later becoming a Group Product Manager and Director of Product Management, focusing on customer-centric solutions and product roadmaps. Currently, they are working at CalAmp as a Principal Product Management and Director of Product Management, specializing in IoT solutions for fleet and asset management.

Malika Sethi has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Delhi University, which they completed between 1995 and 1998. Malika then pursued an MBA in Marketing from Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute Of Management and Entrepreneurship Development from 1998 to 2000. In 2017, Malika obtained an Executive Product Management Certification from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. In 2019, they attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management for a course in Product Strategy.
