Jeremy Polansky

Jeremy Polansky has worked in the security industry since 2015. Jeremy began their career as a Junior Security Engineer at Cyber Defense Labs, where they performed application penetration testing, wireless and network penetration testing assistant, and social engineering. Jeremy was also a Junior Cyber Summer Camp Instructor and an Intern in 2015. In 2017, they became the Summer Camp Director at The University of Texas at Dallas. In 2018, they took on the roles of ThreadFix Services Consultant and Application Security Consultant at Denim Group. In 2021, they moved to Coalfire as a Security Solutions Architect. Most recently, in 2023, they became the Director of DevSecOps at Calavista Software.

Jeremy Polansky attended Lake Travis High School from 2010 to 2014. Jeremy then went on to The University of Texas at Dallas, where they earned a BS in Computer Science in 2018. Jeremy has also achieved several certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2022, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) from CompTIA in 2019, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in 2019, and CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in 2018.
