Judy Chen

Judy Chen has a strong background in talent development and HR operations, with experience at various companies such as Calavo Growers, GTS, NPR, Starz, and Deckers Brands. Judy has held roles such as Director of Talent Management and HR Operations, Senior Director of Talent Development & Inclusion, and Director of Global Learning and Engagement. Judy has been responsible for creating learning initiatives, implementing talent development programs, and enhancing organizational effectiveness with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Throughout their career, they have worked to support employee growth, development, and engagement, driving key business initiatives across different functional areas and regions.

Judy Chen holds a BA in Psychology and Political Science from Wellesley College and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University.
