Currently serving as a Quality Systems Manager at Calavo Growers, Shelby previously held roles as a QA Manager at Giusto's Specialty Foods, LLC, and as an FB&C Associate at TriVista. With educational background from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and Folsom Lake College, Shelby has a strong foundation in the food industry.
