Nailah Hill has held a variety of roles in the field of user experience research. In 2017, they were an Account Manager at ROCKSTEADY PROMOTIONS. In 2018, they were a Research Executive in the Med Tech Division at Research Partnership. In 2020, they held two roles, as a User Researcher & Designer at University of California Berkeley's Sip & Stretch, and as a User Research Lead & Designer at University of California Berkeley's Tella Horizontal. In 2021, they were a UX Research Intern at Patreon and a User Experience Researcher at AccesSOS. Currently, they are a Lead UX Researcher at Calaxy App.
Nailah Hill has a Master's program in Information Management & Systems (MIMS) from UC Berkeley School of Information, with a focus on UX Research & Design, which they are currently pursuing from 2020 to 2022. Nailah also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Pennsylvania in Cultural Anthropology, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they have a certification in Group 2 Social and Behavioral Research Investigators from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY, which they obtained in March 2021.
