Rakshit Bansod is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in various industries, including manufacturing and e-commerce. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Calderys since October 2024, Rakshit specializes in employee relations, industrial relations, disciplinary actions, union management, and payroll. Previously, as Assistant Manager Human Resources at Imerys from March 2023 to November 2024, Rakshit oversaw end-to-end HR operations, encompassing employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent management.
