Liz Field Bernich

Liz Field Bernich is a seasoned executive search consultant and partner at The Caldwell Partners since August 2009, specializing in attracting transformational talent across various sectors including aviation, AI, IT services, energy, financial services, higher education, real estate, infrastructure, non-profit, and technology. Co-founder of the Front Line Appreciation Group (FLAG) in March 2020, Liz played a pivotal role in supporting local restaurants and small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to her current position, Liz served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Cromwell Partners Inc. from 2001 to 2009, and held the role of Executive Recruiter there from 1996 to 2001. Liz began her career as a Staff Auditor at Deloitte & Touche from 1994 to 1996. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University, earned in 1994.
