Rajiv Lulla

Rajiv Lulla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including technology, media, and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Partner at Caldwell since 2024, Rajiv previously held the position of Global Practice Leader for Systems and Engineering at Egon Zehnder until January 2024. Rajiv has also led initiatives as CEO and Founder of Sanskrt and held executive positions at NDTV, Nexstar Media Group, CBS Radio, and Spark Network Services. With academic credentials that include a Master’s in Engineering from Stanford University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and advanced management training from Northwestern University and Harvard Business School, Rajiv is dedicated to advancing innovation and collaboration in diverse environments. Additionally, Rajiv has been a member of American Mensa since 1997 and is currently pursuing a Leadership and High Performance Coaching Certificate from Brown University.
