Alison Nugent

Alison Nugent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public administration and management. Currently serving as Township Manager for Caledonia Charter Township, Alison oversees daily operations for a community of over 14,000 residents, managing various departments including General Administration, Parks and Recreation, and Public Safety. Prior to this, Alison was General Manager at the Frisco West Water Control Improvement District of Denton County, where responsibilities included managing district operations and enhancing communication between the board and residents. Alison has also held positions in proofreading and editing for various organizations, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory standards, alongside entrepreneurial experience as the owner of The Honeymoon Concierge. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Ohio University, a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University, and a certificate in Rural Development from the Asian Institute of Technology.
