Joshua Traughber

Joshua Traughber, Ph.D., is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in curriculum development and instructional leadership. Currently serving as Curriculum Coordinator and previously as Principal at Caledonia Community Schools since August 2010, Joshua Traughber has fostered a shared vision for effective classrooms and promoted a collaborative environment to support innovation. Prior roles include Principal at New Buffalo Area Schools, where Joshua Traughber focused on enhancing student and staff learning processes, and teaching positions at Forest Hills Public Schools and Godwin Heights Public Schools, where curricula were designed for diverse student abilities. Joshua Traughber holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Eastern Michigan University, along with a Master’s degree and a Bachelor's degree in related fields from Western Michigan University.
