Danny Cruz has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success and program management. Danny has held various roles in different companies, starting with L'Oréal as an E-commerce Intern, where they analyzed customer behavior and developed digital marketing strategies. Danny then worked at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as an Innovation and Technology Analyst, where they helped develop an automated IT asset request system.
In Bazaarvoice, Danny held multiple roles, including Analyst, Client Experience, where they created documentation for volume-driving strategies and led cross-functional groups to develop success and client response models. Danny later became a Client Success Director, responsible for global enterprise accounts. Danny also contributed to process improvement efforts and created a new client success account management model.
At WP Engine, Danny served as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Senior Manager, and eventually as a Director. In these positions, they oversaw customer success teams, developed training materials, and managed customer success programs.
Most recently, Danny joined InVision as a Director of Customer Success Programs, where they further honed their skills in managing customer success initiatives.
Currently, Danny works at Calendly as the Head of Customer Success Programs, where they continue to leverage their expertise in customer success and program management.
Danny Cruz attended the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. During their time at the school, Danny focused their studies on Management Information Systems (MIS) and Marketing.
