Kris Sleeper (she/her/hers)

Kris Sleeper has over 17 years of experience in human resources. Kris most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Calero, where they led a team in implementing new payroll and HRIS systems, as well as launching an Applicant Tracking System. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Choice Hotels International, where they provided strategic guidance and executed HR programs for the organization. Kris also served as the HR Director at SkyTouch Technology, overseeing the HR function and talent acquisition strategy. Kris has held various HR roles at Slatebridge Restaurant Group, Pegasus Solutions, The CORE Institute, Acadia HR: Professional Employers, and Humana.

Kris Sleeper (she/her/hers) completed their Master's degree in Human Resource Management at St. Edward's University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas State University, attending from 1998 to 2000. Earlier in their education, they studied Psychology at Texas Tech University from 1996 to 1998, though they did not obtain a specific degree during that time. Kris Sleeper also holds additional certifications, including being an AOTMP® Member, which they obtained in February 2021, and being an InsideOut Coaching Facilitator, which they acquired in March 2017.
