Mangesh Hardikar

Mangesh Hardikar has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999 as a Manager at Garware Wall Ropes Ltd, where they were responsible for product development, customer interaction, production planning, and technical services. Mangesh then worked as a Senior Consultant at Blue Star Infotech from 2006 to 2011, handling presales activities for Oracle Apps and managing OPM implementation projects in India. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Project Manager at Hexaware Technologies, responsible for global presales activities for Oracle Applications, including proposal authoring, solution conceptualization, and talent acquisition. Mangesh then worked as a Presales Manager at KPIT from 2015 to 2019, focusing on Oracle EBS and leading RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, requirement analysis, and product demonstrations. Most recently, Mangesh joined Calfus Inc. in 2022 as an Associate Vice President.

Mangesh Hardikar's education history begins with a Diploma in Textile Manufacturing from DKTE'S Textile and Engineering Institute, an Autonomous Institute, which they obtained between 1983 and 1987. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in commerce and costing from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completing it from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Mangesh Hardikar has also obtained a certification as an Oracle Manufacturing Cloud 2018 Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle in August 2019.
